Aide Айде! Balkan Jam Session is the evening where the music and dance from the Balkans and the Middle East take center stage, and where anything can happen… This evening we also have the great honor of presenting a guest artist of exceptional caliber: one of Bulgaria’s rapidly rising stars on the Balkan brass music scene – trumpet player Mario Metodiev!

The evening begins with Lele Lele Orchestra, who deliver Bulgarian folk and Balkan Roma music with breathtaking rhythms, sentimental mountain village songs, and intense party energy — this time strengthened by the phenomenal trumpet of Mario Metodiev. After the break, the stage opens for anyone who wants to come up and play, sing, or dance together with Lele Lele Orchestra, who are ready as the house band with sensitive accompaniment for whatever may happen on stage…

So bring your instrument, your dancing shoes, or simply come as you are to listen, dance, and see what unfolds… Aide!
